The need to sustain high levels of investment and focus on achieving greater impact in workplace digitalization and transformation is a cornerstone of AUSA's technological strategy. This initiative positions AUSA as a driving force, enhancing its resilience to potential market changes.
The project emphasizes the comprehensive and integrative digitalization of all company departments, aiming to establish more cohesive workflows. It includes the transformation of industrial processes, enabling real-time integration with information generated during design and logistics stages. Additionally, it extends to product data digitalization, facilitating the creation of platforms that directly connect product data with customers. This innovation will deliver significant competitive advantages.
The project will also enhance internal management processes, such as procurement planning, and provide customers with value-added insights into our products. This approach supports the "servitization" of our offerings, helping customers manage vehicles more efficiently, extend their lifespan, and optimize performance.
Project Objectives:
Develop an ecosystem of advanced data solutions that work seamlessly together, driving innovation and delivering substantial improvements in critical processes where digitalization can offer tangible benefits.
Create tools to enhance interaction across the value chain, enabling AUSA's customers and suppliers to leverage company data. The initiative aims to improve competitiveness and efficiency for AUSA and its products while generating positive impacts for all value chain stakeholders.
Strengthen collaboration within the value chain by improving shared platforms and collecting data through the sensorization of our products.
